Some "FIRSTS"

Well, my twins are growing up quickly! They started first grade this year. They have quickly realized that you don't get to play quite as much in first grade as they did Kindergarden. So they have whined a little bit more about going to school this year but despite the whining they are great students. Well, Jason is a little bit disorganized (he gets that from his dad of course! Just kidding anyone who knows us know that Mike is definitely not the disorganized one!) and Trenton is just competitive so he works hard cause he wants to be better then everyone else. I'm not sure if that's good or not?!? :)

These are typical Jason faces! It is SO hard to get a pic of him where he doesn't have a goofy face.

 

 

Trenton is my cool guy. He cares about his shoes and his hair, where as Jason could care less!

 

 

These boys are two peas in a pod. They crack each other up, they almost always get along and they love having the other around! It's so fun to watch! They almost never fight but the other day Trenton poked Jason in the eye and Jason totally took a swing a T, which T deserved! It was the first time I've seen that and I'm sure not the last. But they quickly made up and went off playing again.

 

 

Davis had to put a backpack on too because he wants to do whatever his bros are doing! :) And here's my boys doing what they do best...being SILLY!

 

 

Both T and J lost their first tooth. J lost his first, but T has already lost his second tooth.

 

 

I know it's sad because we live in Flagstaff and love to hike but this was our first real hike as family. We take lots of walks but are excited that the kids are getting to good ages to start some real hikes! The kids had a blast and we did this trail that was about 3 miles. And of course Kara got the best ride of all!!!
